Pillar Construction built a sunroom addition to replace an old 30 yo lanai. After discussing our vision to tear down this lanai and build a sunroom they created plans and went to work to transform the space into our dream backyard. We were building a pool at the same time. We also enclosed the pool. Pillar Construction worked and coordinated with the other companies so there were no conflicts in scheduling. My rental townhouse was in major disrepair, and I have not paid any attention to it in 10 years. My tenant was complaining about water leaking into the first-floor window and above the back slider door. We had significant issues that needed attention and Pillar Construction & Remodel jumped into action. They completely replaced all the siding on the back of the house and chimney, fixed the leaks, and replaced any damaged wood. Also, they fixed the sheetrock and window trim in the inside around the windows Next, they caulked and painted the entire house, stained the back porch, and replaced all the gutters since the old ones were in bad shape.
